Scaling before PMF is counter-productive.
To both reach PMF through first customer validation and anticipate the pipe, you may want to keep doing manual acquisition, that will both enable you to fine-tune current model to help you reach PMF and get first Beta users.
It is delivery oriented thanks to our factory network. It is not model optimization.
