During the UR process, you will get great quotes that describe exactly the painpoints or even the solutions you want to address.

So, what to do with them?

  1. Collect the quotes after each UR session and send them back to the factory for internal validation.
    1. This may take some time. They may request you only quote them anonymously, which is not ideal, but you can still use them. If they don’t want you to name the person who said the quote, ask them if you can use their company name (ie, a responsable ADV from LISI).
  2. Create content with the quotes!!!!
    1. Create a quote post (see explainer in Snack Content)
    2. Create a quote article
      1. Here is a great example.
        1. If you don’t have this many quotes, use a quote as a launchpad for an article. You can take this framework as an example:
          1. quote regarding a pain point
          2. Context of the quote
          3. Refer to data from your UR to show this quote is indicative of a common painpoint present in many sectors and factories
          4. Discuss your solution and how it responds to this painpoint
            1. ideally, you would support the description of your solution with data regarding how it improves a KPI (like productivity, downtime reduction, etc)
        2. Create a list article with quotes, eg “5 problems quality managers have every day,” or “10 ways Automi increases efficiency”
