Older industrials struggle to use the platform. They need a strong onboarding process, including notes about how to be active and contribute to an online community + the nitty gritty of how to use the platform.
There is an interest in small sessions on specific topics (the rencontre virtuelle series) but timing is a huge issue. Most of the members can’t commit to an event during the day, and many of them have family responsibilities at night.
Aurélien Martin and Fabrice Pourcel are the most active on the online platform
When communicating directly with members, default to a respectful, polite tone.
Some members are aware that the community is not as active as it could and wish it was more active (Fabrice, Aurélien). Be sure to give lots of positive reinforcement to those who do participate. Tagging people directly to ask them to weigh in on issues has worked in the past.
