👁 Strategy

• What do you want to be known for ? Define 3 topics max you want to discuss on the platform
• Who’s your targeted audience ?
• Define an “Avengers” strategy ⇒ every member of the team has to publish at least x times/week

🎯 Set your OKRs and measure

• Define your OKRs : Objective (reputation, lead generation, recruitment...) and Key Results (audience, engagement rate, followers...)
• Invest in an good analytics tool (I use Shield App - it allows you to manage several pages or profiles)
• 2% is a good engagement rate.

🏺Content

• 1 post = 1 idea
• A good content strategy is a mix of = inspiration + your expertise + your day to day
• Promotional posts are “necessary” but have a poor reach
• What you want to share + what people (in general and in your audience) want to read

📚 Get people to actually read and react your posts and increase your audience

• Put the creator mode on so people can follow you instead of you having to add people you don’t know. It also allows you to save and highlight your most relevant posts.
• Make short sentences and long texts.
