For each start-up in residence at OSS, we have implemented a common routine to set adequate pace:

• Monday morning week launch: 30 minutes between the co-founder(s) and the core OSS team (at minima product manager / EIR) to set weekly objectives and priorities
• Wednesday: 1 hour product deep-dive session between to co-founder(s), core OSS team and product guru @Leopold Lambert, to crack complex product design problems
• Friday: 30 minutes week close between the co-founder(s) and the OSS product manager / EIR to reflect on past week achievements, and backlog for next week
