What happens for each of the 3 phases of Building : 0 to 1 is that you, as a founder, bring energy and vision, and ‣ brings methodology, assets such as repeatable design processes, sales network, frameworks to get fast to the end of the phase.
As such, by design, there are a number of things that you don’t know at the beggining of the phase.
As such, by design, OSS is in the driving seat at the beginning of the phase process and knowledge-wise on the new topics being added. The objective of the OSS team is to give you all the tools for you to be fully in charge of the topics at the end of the phase. It’s actually one of the criterias to go to the next phase.
