Phase 2 is about making the dream concrete, and proving customers will pay for it.
Now the challenge is to figure out the product right. You build the first real version, deploy it with co-builders, and close your first paying customers. The goal is not to scale. The goal is to validate that what you're building is worth paying for.
At the end of Phase 2, you should have:
Core question: Can we build something that customers will pay for?
Entry state: Validated vision + 3 co-builders committed
Exit state: 3+ paying clients (50K+), 15 look-alikes in pipe, 5+ ICP hypotheses
First PMF signals. Tangible product, tangible customer success. Something is working, but you don't yet know if it repeats.
Before Phase 2, you have zero. After Phase 2, you have something to accelerate your search for product-market fit.
You define the core differentiating components of your product — the core intentions, the core logic that drives the 10x value. This is where the vision becomes architecture.
