Phase 3 is about proving that what worked can work again — and building the machine to make it happen.
This is where you move from first customers to repeatable growth. The goal is not just more revenue. The goal is a playbook: a documented, tested approach to acquiring, closing, and retaining customers that can be systematized and scaled.
At the end of Phase 3, you should have:
Core question: Can we find repeatable growth?
Entry state: First customers (3+, 50K+)
Exit state: 20+ clients, 500K+ ARR, referrals, working playbook
PMF validation. This is where you find and prove repeatability. The goal is a playbook, not just wins.
Phase 3 is where you prove it wasn't luck.
You test whether the initial wins can repeat. You iterate on ICP criteria, refine the sales approach, and prove you can close new customers intentionally — not accidentally.
