Participants and rôles :

Product Manager – shares customer and business insights
Head of Product – brings operational knowledge and ensures alignment with product strategy
Chief Product Officer (CPO) – a bold business strategist who pushes innovative ideas.
Product Designer – brings user-centered thinking, visualize ideas and acts as facilitator.
