About the role

You are a co-architect of the business who builds through code.

Your job is not to execute a technical roadmap handed to you. Your job is to co-create the business strategy with the CEO, using technology as both a lens to see opportunities and a tool to capture them.

The CTO are equally responsible for what we build (strategy) and how we build it (execution).

Core responsibilities

Core responsibilities include:

• Co-own business and customer outcomes definition with the CEO
• Define the technical strategy enabling the business
• Deliver the customer value through tech management and execution

• You share target customer success and onboarding with the CEO
• You actively shape what success looks like, not just deliver against it
• You actively shape for speed and acceleration
• You use technical insight to identify business opportunities and risks
