Allocation of resources at OSS and the process

We had numerous questions in the past about allocation of resources at OSS per cohort. High-level, to keep it simple, we allocate resources when milestones are attained.

During phases

Phase 1: Discover & Validate the Right Vision

Expect one EIR / PM quasi full time (think 4 days a week) or a Senior (2 days a week), and a Design resource once the first iterations launched.

Phase 2: Build & Close first Customers

Expect one EIR / PM quasi full time (think 4 days a week) or a Senior (2 days a week) and a Design resource, along with at least one Tech. It is very probable a Revenue Growth resource will also be onboarded at the end of the stage. Over time, it is likely you’ll recruit your first intern or two to help with operational.

Phase 3 - Go To Market Phase

Expect the Product to be drastically less involved (think 1 or 2 days a week), the Design also. Tech will start to be replaced by your own, recruited resources, and Revenue Growth will be head down on scaling your company along your side. HR will also be involved to help you recruit your first few key hires. The objective overall will be for you to end up with a 5 to 7 people team, ultimately taking the helm on everything and not needing ‣ anymore.

Forevah

The execs at OSS ( Think @Renan Devillieres, @Quentin Dubois @JP Lorinquer @Maroussia Houimli @Leopold Lambert @Pierre Lavaux ) will always be by your side. They help you manage the company, take the right decisions and act as a sounding board. That’s forever.
